Sticky Toffee Sauce was created to be the topping for the Pudding of the same name. It was invented to counter the cold bleak winter months with a heart-warming and comforting dessert. Sticky Toffee Sauce is luxuriously deep with a blend of butter, sugar cream and vanilla all caramelised to a perfect finish.

Orange Mocha

Spanish Royalty embraced Cocoa and made a drink from by adding sugar and spices to make the drink palatable. Later on Orange Flower water was added to the mixture to give the drink a wonderful contrast between the rich intense and sweet chocolate balanced by the zesty and citrus flavour of the Orange. Orange Mocha flavoured coffee takes you back in time for an enjoyable drink.

Irish Dream – Decaffeinated

Legend has said that in the 1940s a chef in Ireland improvised and created a concoction made with a multitude of ingredients and named it Irish Coffee. We use a medium roast decaffeinated coffee. The coffee should always complement the drink but should never overpower. This has been a well copied drink and our Irish Dream flavoured coffee has a creamy taste, combining chocolate, vanilla and a nutty flavour designed to emulate this well known drink.

Occasion - Evening Celebration.

A little about our beans…
We use a medium roast Colombian coffee, which is a solid medium mellow coffee. The coffee should always complement the drink but should never overpower. It’s all about balancing the flavours to enhance the overall experience.
