The combination of Cinnamon and Hazelnuts is heavily used to make Biscotti, and this coffee encapsulates that. The flavour of Sweet and Woody Cinnamon together with the nuttiness of Crushed Roasted Hazelnuts has been captured by this flavour with a spicy twist.

A little about our beans…
We use a medium roast Colombian coffee, which is a solid medium mellow coffee. The coffee should always complement the drink but should never overpower. It’s all about balancing the flavours to enhance the overall experience.
