The world’s most expensive nut, the Macadamia Nut originates from Australia but now grows in many parts of the world. This is the fattiest of all nuts, and has a sweet buttery flavour with a crispy exterior and creamy interior. Roasting deepens the flavour and is emulated in this fine coffee.
