We use a medium roast decaffeinated coffee which is perfect when you don’t want the jitters balancing the flavours to enhance the overall experience. Floral elements of white grapes and aniseed compliment a green apple sweetness leaving a pleasant after taste with remnants of the medium body and low citrus acidity.                                                                                                          Roast Level: Medium
